About Privit

In an ongoing effort to simplify the pre-participation process for our students, parents, and coaches, the athletic office implemented an automated paperless document collection source called Privit, which began for the 2019-20 school year. The cumbersome process of collecting physicals and parent permission forms in our office will no longer be necessary.

In addition, the member schools of MSHSAA voted in favor of allowing physicals, used for athletic participation, to be good for 2 years.

The move to Privit will allow us to collect and store necessary information online in a secure environment and reduce the amount of time our families will need to spend filling out forms each year.

In Privit, you will create your account, and follow the steps to add your student or students to the account, complete all sections, upload the physical, and join appropriate teams. The good news is that your account will only need to be updated with changes from year to year, not recreated.
